This workshop will address diverse aspects of current research in the field of non-local operators, integro-differential equations and related random processes with jump discontinuities. The involved subjects include singular integrals, spatially non-local operators (such as fractional Laplacians), time-fractional equations (with Caputo derivatives), non-local Schrödinger operators, stochastic differential equations with Lévy noise, Feller processes and semi-Markov processes. We aim to highlight the interactions of these problems, leading to new techniques in a framework generating new mathematical phenomenology.
