Title: Permuton processes

Abstract: Permutons are continuous limits of permutation matrices, and can be used to study the asymptotic behaviour of random sequences of permutations. Similarly, permuton processes can be used to study the behaviour of permutation-valued stochastic processes. In this talk, I will discuss problems and results related to permuton processes of minimal Dirichlet energy. Such processes are linked to the limiting behaviour of random sorting networks.
