Domokos Mátyás: On the classification of quiver moduli spaces (Dedicated to the memory of Lee Anna)

Abstract: The problem of classifying isomorphism classes of modules over a finite dimensional algebra can be formulated in the language of quiver representations. Alastair King applied the methods of geometric invariant theory to construct moduli spaces of quiver representations, that should play a role in organizing the classification of the representations. In the talk we introduce our results on these moduli spaces, motivated by the following question: which projective algebraic varieties can be realized this way?
