Díjak

Cole prize was founded in honor of Professor Frank Nelson Cole upon of his retirement from the American Mathematical Society in 1928.

A Cor Baayen Fiatal Kutatói Díjat évente ítélik oda egy ígéretes fiatal kutatónak az informatika vagy alkalmazott matematika területén.

A Coxeter–James Díjat a Kanadai Matematikai Társulat ítéli oda évente (Canadian Mathematical Society). A díjat olyan fiatal matematikusok elismerésére hozták létre, akik a matematikai kutatásokhoz kiemelkedő eredményeikkel járultak hozzá.

The prize is awarded to outstanding researchers for the totality of their work in the domains of Dobrushin’s research interests, including probability theory, mathematical and computer linguistics, information theory and statistical physics.

A díjról.

Az Erdős Pál-díj (korábban Matematikai Díj) a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia  III. Osztálya által, a tudományos munkára való ösztönzés és a tudományos utánpótlás támogatása érdekében a matematika és annak ágazatai bármelyikében elért, világviszonylatban is kiemelkedő eredmény elismerésére alapított díj.  A Díj odaítélése évenként történik.

The European Prize in Combinatorics is a prize for research in combinatorics, a mathematical discipline, which is awarded biennially at EUROCOMB, the European conference on combinatorics, graph theory, and applications. The prize was first awarded at Eurocomb 2003 in Prague. Recipients must not be older than 35.
