Accomodation

We reserved a block of dormitory rooms at the conference site. It is possible to extend your stay in these rooms by arriving a few days before and/or departing a few days after the conference. Each room contains two separate beds and two rooms form a unit having a common bathroom. The rooms are definitely of better quality than usual dormitory rooms or usual student hostel rooms. The prices per person (for one night) are as follows: room with double occupacy: 15 (breakfast included); room with single occupacy: 25 (breakfast included). In addition, the dormitory has two studios (one with four beds, another with five beds) which are suitable for families. If you are interested in them, for the details please send an e-mail to . Availability of dormitory rooms is limited, their reservation will proceed on a 'first-come first-served' basis. If you wish to reserve such a room, please fill out the related form. This is necessary even if you have registered.

Meals

During the conference lunch is served at the conference site. The price of a 3-course self served lunch is 6 that should be paid upon registration. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to use this lunch service. No dinner will be served on the spot. We will, however, provide a list of nearby restaurants.
