Announcement
The introduction of convex surface theory and gauge theoretic invariants
(such as Heegaard Floer homology and contact Ozsvath-Szabo invariants)
drastically changed 3-dimensional contact topology in the recent past.
The aim of the workshop is to discuss some of the recent developements,
together with connections to more classical topics in low dimensional topology.
