REGISTRATION

Starts on Monday, August 2nd from 8:00 till 10:00 at the conference venue: Gólyavár of Eötvös University, Múzeum krt. 4. There are three convenient subway stops nearby. The followings are links of descriptions - illustrated with photographs - of the approach from

Upon arrival please take a number

  • red one if your family name begins with a letter from A to H
  • green one if your family name begins with a letter from I to P
  • blue one if your family name begins with a letter from Q to Z

you will be called by your number. In case of a crowd please take a seat and wait till you are called. (Thank you for your patience.) Since we anticipate around 300 participants, please try to come early.

Opening hours of the registration desk during the conference

  • Monday 8:00 - 16:00
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 - 13:00

Upon registering you will receive conference materials and your name tag.

Social programs included in the registration fee:

  • Refreshments (coffee and tea) during lecture-breaks,
  • Wine & cheese party on Monday, August 2nd at 18:00 Aula Restaurant (Rákóczi út 5),
  • Sightseeing cruise with dinner on River Danube (ship: Európa on Wednesday, August 4th from 19:00 to 22:00. Please be on time, the cruise ship will depart 7:15p.m. Pier: Szilágyi Dezső tér (square), Buda side.

Registration fee for accompanying persons is HUF 20,000 that should be paid upon arrival. It includes all the social programs. A ticket for the wine and cheese party only is HUF 10,000 and a ticket for the sigtseeing cruise only is HUF 15,000. If you plan to bring accompanying person(s), please make a note of it on your registration form.

The first lecture

It will be held after the opening ceremony (10:00 - 10:15) on Monday August 2nd at 10:15, presented by Noga Alon.

Meals

There are many restaurants in the area. There is a cafeteria close-by serving mainly Eotvos University professors and students: Aula Etterem

There will be a preliminary list of participants posted on the conference announcement board. You are kindly asked to check and correct your data if necessary. The corrected list will be put to the conference website.
