Welcome to the Protein Structure Prediction Workshop in Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics 26th-29th August 2009.

The workshop is organized by the Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics and the Institute of Enzymology, Hungarian Academy of Science. The topic of the workshop will be about statistical learning algorithms for protein structure prediction, in silico folding, predicting special features, etc. Above invited lectures, there will be short presentations selected from submitted abstracts, and we also plan to arrange some discussion sessions as well as software demos and tutorials.
There is no registration fee for this workshop, however, registration is necessary. Proposals for short talks are welcome. One page abstracts can be submitted on the registration page. The deadline for submissions is 15th of June.
