Registration is now CLOSED

If you are an invited speaker, your name should be listed automatically among the participants. Therefore you do not need to register, but please check your name.

If you are not an invited speaker, and you would like to register, please write an email to the organizers at address Please indicate whether you would like to give a talk at the workshop. You are encouraged to register as early as possible.

The deadline for registration is June 10, 2017, 23:59. Registration is now closed, and abstract submission is no longer possible.

Payment Information

The registration fee is 90.000HUF (approximately 300 Euros). Registration is free for all invited participants, and we encourage any other potential participants to ask for reduction, if necessary.

Please note that registration fee does not cover hotel fees (but for some of the invited participants accommodation is arranged by the organizers).

  • Coffee breaks
  • Banquet (precise date to be decided later)

You can pay the registration fee either on the site of the conference (in cash, in Hungarian Forints), or by bank transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact the organizers at address before June 20, 2017.
