Please note that registration fee does not cover hotel fees or meals. We book rooms at Ramada Hotel for those who have registered and paid the registration fee. Please add to your registration details any special request that you should have in connection with accommodation. Lunch and dinner is available at the hotel for participants at a reduced price. Accommodation costs, lunch and dinner shall be paid to organisers in cash upon arrival – a room for one person costs €70, for two persons €80; a (buffet) meal costs €15.
Registration fee for accompanying persons is 60 euros, payable in cash on the spot
Technical equipment
Overhead projectors and projectors for computers will be provided. Speakers are kindly asked not to plan their talks for blackboard.Internet access
The hotel offers wifi access vouchers for guests.
Social events
Every participant is welcome to a wine and cheese party on Monday evening at 7:30, and the conference banquet on Thursday evening at 7:30.
A special excursion is planned to the Benedictine Abbey of Pannonhalma, a World Heritage site. Buses start from the hotel at 2 PM on Wednesday and take you back there in the late afternoon. The program includes a wine tasting at the Abbey's winery. The trip costs 5,100 HUF/person, payable on the spot.

Going to Balatonalmádi
Balatonalmádi is about 120 kms from Budapest - by train it takes about 2.5 hours to get there. On the page of the Hungarian Railways you can check the trains.
Trains leave from Déli pályaudvar (Southern Railway Station). From the airport you may take a taxi or the minibus (see above). If you choose public transport, take bus number 200, then take M3 to Ferenciek tere, change to "M2 metrópótló" (Shuttle bus replacing the metro), its next station is Déli pályaudvar.
